The nuclear agreement with America according to Kalam is secondary. If it comes with no strings attached, it is welcome. Otherwise it has no meaning for India.

Dr. Kalam though immensely respectable comes from the wrong generation... the generation that kept India a 3rd world country. His views should be discounted. We want to side with forces of democracy and liberty.
