India SHOULD want the same terms as the US-

China nuclear agreement even if it

takes significantly longer to

negotiate.
India cannot agree to Fissile Material

Cutoff Treaty objectives which is part

of NSG draft as it is a back door to

cap and roll back of Indian Nuke

weapons. Without Fissile Material

nukes weapons cannot be mantained or

when Fissile Material degradation in

the weapons takes place they cannot be

refreshed in future. Example like you have a car with half tank of petrol and you are cut off from ever puting more fuel. When you run out of that half tank thats it.

You have misunderstanding, no where this NUKE deal mention the agreement for Fissile Material.
if so was the case then DR.singh would have ruled out the deal long back.
