In case Guvernor plays any dirty tricks on orders from Sonia, BJP should immediately appeal to Supreme Court on the basis of SR Bommai & and Bihar'2005 judgements. In both these, Supreme Court ruled that Congress at Centre's action of dissolution of assembly was non-consitutional and illegal. Not to mention hundres of times Congress misued Article 356 to dismiss other party goverments. Definitely Supreme Court will order the Centre to cancel the dissolution and call BJP-JDS to form goverment. Congress is scared of this result, thats why they are not able to take a decision now.
