Who did this: someone outside the BJP or within it? Is is quite unlikely that the knowledge of each perpetrator could have been provided by an outsider. Seems an inside job!

Modi. Since Modi couldn't do the massacre this thime, he hired Tehelka to glorify the previous act of genocide to get the CM,s chair again.

Unikely Modi, since the perpetrators would be exposed and the State Administration would lose any credibility left. Not a chance it was him!
