The only problem with this deal is the attempt to prevent India from conducting further nuclear tests, by linking fuel supply to it. I wish BJP comes to power and renegotiates the deal. Leftists are traitors, even kinder garten students know that.

What makes you think that the Americans will be ready to re-negotiate the deal? For persuading the members of the American congress, there has to be a strong US president who is friendly to India. After the departure of Presdident Bush, in all probability, next president will be a democrat (Say Mrs.Clinton). He/she is unlikely to be favouable to India.
