Mr. Arora, Mr.Koovoor has written about Christianity and other religions also in his famous book Gods, Demons and Spirits. Why do you skillfully quote only a part of his book?

Mr. Manikandan, the avowed policies of those who indulge in religious conversion anywhere in the world were to inculcate in the converts a spirit of alienation towards their ancestral society, culture and religion as well as their native land. Those who converted the natives of India into Islam or Christianity have achieved enormous success in their endeavour. Those converts are identifying with the agesssors rather than their fellow country-men! We cannot help such perverts. Let them indulge in self-deception.

Tankx tamilan for admitting you are a christain. New testament clearly says that jesus talked with Moses on a moutain before his journey to jerusalem were he was crucified.Now where as jesus said moses that what you did was wrong and Iam shameful about you,do you find any such thing no.Infact jesus has praised moses ,abrahim, david(you can check in bible what david did how he got all his wives).Neither jesus who called himself to be God(god of old testament also) both father and son as taken blame for his commands in old testaments for openly allowing jews to make slaves from canna people,kill their young one and rape their females.The good lord of bible who gave 10 commandement to moses finds nothing wrong with moses hence gives him heaven(atleast jesus beleived he is being visited by moses who was in heaven during his time).The same lord who burned the whole sodom for crimes of few men,including all the womaen,children and livestock also keeps wuite when Lot sleeps with his two daughter to give birth to his two sons cum grandsons.

In fact Jesus came to CHANGE all these idiotic things. He was crucified for that reason only.

Dear JGN,
So you are well aware of Bible and christianity. You should be knowing bible was writen and re writen by so many persons and it is not directly faxed from heaven. Some of the facts may have been twisted. We cannot take the whole bible as true. Every religion has its dark side. But, what Jesus preached was good. There was no violence, no blood bath, no hatred.

Tamilan only when conered you people admit faults of your religious book,but at the same time accuse hindu religion also to have dark side,cannot admit bible on its own merit.Jesus in new testament has repeatly said he talks in parables to confuse people,accused and bad mouthed all pharishes to be hypocrats when asked to wash hand before eating,he was reapeatedly said one should hate their parents and siblings if they want to follow him. "think not that i have come to spread peace, i have come to spread war".I know all christains are trained to some how twist them to mean how loving,caring his messages are.

Don't get confused my friend. What you have referred is judaism not true christianity. Most of the persons including some christian churches took old testament and new testament together as holy bible. But, true followers of Jessus have only New Testament as Holy Bible where you cannot find such idiotic things.

Mr. r patil, Can you tell me a religion without any absurdity? As I said every religion has its dark side. Just look at what Jesus preached and what kind of life he led. He wanted to change tit for tat policy of Moses. Consider the period he was living. Nobody could say anything against Moses or his ten commandments. Jesus was a real revolution. Those people could not tolerate him. He wanted to change the whole community. They crucified him.

Dear tamilan, I am aware of Bible, Koran, Mahabharata, Ramayana and scriptures of many other religions. The worst among the lot is the Bible. There is no other book in the world which contains more s.e.x. stories than the Bible.
Whatever progress has been made by the mankind, it is despite of the religions and the so-called holy books. The priestly class of all religions have only tried to scuttle the scientific temperament and free thinking.
I request to all those neo-converts preachign Christianity to desist from criticising only one religion. If you continue to do so, I will be constrained to post my comments about the Bible in a most abusive manner as I am fully aware of the shortcomings in the Bible and have access to the related information.

Dear tamilan my msg to suresh was only in respose was his allegations from outsiders of the faith,i had no intension of bringing christanity in to it.But one thing I want you to tell is that Indian culture(that is hindu,jain,budha culture)never beleived eye for an eye.They never killed non combations in wars not even soldier without weapons,nor did they burned enemies houses and temple,nor did they took enemies woman and children as sex slaves.If jesus would have born here he would have no work to do,anyway his followers in order to spread "religion of love"did extacly what was told by old testament God to do . Anyway if you are really interested what faithful jesuits who served him all their life found about him,read keonaraad elst phclogy of prophetism-A secular look at the bibile atleast once in your life.
