Its only the Dehradun court which has awarded the punishment. I am sure the culprits will approach the Supreme Court now and justice will again be delayed, who knows they may even be let off Everything ends at the doors of the supremen court. All lower courts are being mocked at. Why not fight out everything in Supreme Court only and disband all other courts?

No dear, he stands two chances. first he can go to High Court..if fails then supreme court. NO convict can directly appeal In SC bypassing High Court.
