Bangalore is best. Just don't look at the traffic, which is bad in all these cities. Compare overall - weather, cosmo culture, open mindedness of locals, opportunities. Bangalore is the best. I have heard some of the smaller cities are even better like Chandigarh and Chochi.

I think people from Kolkata,Mumbai are most friendly in nature.You can't get that anywhere else.Those two cities top the list in terms of availability of good delicious foods as well...
