Bribed judges

it seems that the judges were bribed. If not then why were the culprits specially the ACP gets Life term, insted of death by encounter

abbe lallu... kuchh ataa pataa hai.. ki death penalty kab di jaati hai.. rarest of rare cases me... CP shoot out is just due to mistaken identity...aur is tarah k cases me..maxmimum sajaa hai ye.. aur ye sab chhoot bhi jaate agar shoot out k baad inhone jayada hoshiyaari naa dikhaai hoti.. mare gaye bando ko badmaash dikhaane ki..aur agar sajaa milti bhi to kam hi milti/....but wo jayad hoshgiyaari ki wajah se fans gaye...
