Congress Center Government should be co-operated him for opening good institutes such as IIT, IIMS etc.

Yes. Orissa lacks national level institutes. What happened to that NISER in Bhubaneswar. Is it still in pipeline or Arjun Singh has shoved that too in cold storage.
