I heard that this guy started learning Oriya after he became CM. The impression I get is that, like his father, he only thinks of giant projects and big investors. It never worked. No where! I sympathize with the humble people of this state. I hope they get a CM like Ramakrishna Hegde one day.

dear m u first come up with ur original name instead hiding adn telling. He is the best C.M among all the states. He has made an outstadning effort to reduce corruption in state.
