Yes You are telling the truth .But unfortunately There is lack of leader in the congress party and Mr naveen patnaik taking the advantages thinking of becoming third time CM. But the problem is he is not at all a good adminstrator not a people oriented CM.so all his dreams shattered and Orissa is facing serious health as well as Naxal threats. He himself has no Guts to go the affected people and listen there owes. But still he is the honest Man Orissa ever get.

He is trying to fix older problems. The health issues are their every year. But, they have been highlighted by media.
