Did you know that CIA is alleged to be behind the plane crash of HJ Bhabha, to stem India's successful nuke program. We have all the brains and resources but our politicians are the worst worst level in the world. Look at the spineless Manmohan dancing to the orders of Maino and Karat.

No constructive work can be done with the present quota regime. We need an environment which encourages quality and healthy competition/cooperation and not celebration of backwardness and assigning power to cretins.
