Human resource

India is the biggest human resource supplier to the middle east.

but with change in packages offered in indian companies, Middle East is facing shortage of skilled human resources.

Earlier the situation was, the best cream of Indian skills fly to States, europe and the one who dont get Govt. job fly to Middle east.

now the situation is the Scrap from indian market is flying to Middle east.

the first question comes to my mind who is going to bangaldesh , what can they give the foreigners ? only DHOTI and MACHI (FISH).

quite right. even i was wondering why anyone in his senses would go to BD, except for those going to learn bomb technology.

POVERTY is the main reason for people getting into the illegal activities, becoming scape goat of Terrorist groups.

We as a individual cant do anything to help acheive peace on the border. But we can hope for better infrastructure and industrial growth in neighbourhood which in turn will create more employment in the region.

indians with like mentality get only what is good they are for.

They are also trying to progress
INDIA'S TATAS IS PLANNING TO GO AHEAD WITH INVESTMENT IN BANGLADESH.

THE PROGRESS IS SLOW, BUT THE FUTURE IS THEIR WAITING FOR THEM TOO.
