Guys, I have been reading the messages and some of them are not in good taste. The main thing that is evident from the bomb blasts is that precious and innocent human beings have died and they must have been somebody's husband, father, mother, sister, wife and so on. It is a incident which needs to be condemmned in the first place and also we need to mourn the death of the individuals who died whatever their nationality. This incident and also the happenings in Pakistan is also a reminder to the Indian governement that if you sow hatred you will reap hatred. The recent incidents in Hyderabad when Owais the MP went on camera to say that he will cut the head of Taslima is an indication of things to come, at the same time there are Hindu extremists who are sayin the same thing in their strongholds. Also skihs in punjab with the dera controversy. The essence of India is secularism and we need to preserve it. All forces who are communal needs to be nipped in the bud or it will be very difficult to control it in the future. It is difficult to preserve secularism but at the end it will pay off. As it has been doing all for the past centuries.

India was never secular my friend. The medicine of secularism was created 50 years back. We are still testing it. who knows you might find a cure or maybe further degeneration.

Well Ali, Secularism only exists if people accept it. If you don't accept it does not exist. Secularism means people of all religions being able to practice their faith freely. There will of course be some places where there is no secularism since India is a vast country but overall it is surely better than pakistan or other middle eastern countries where other faiths are sidelined, you know for yourself. The biggest example is in SA where other than islam no religion is allowed. you are lucky to be born in India. Even in pakistan Shia's are tortured and subjected to humility imagine what is the plight of hindu's and christians.
