Indians are past mastewrs at empty boasting but when put to the test, always come up short - way short. With all the IT-experts and Scientists they keep boasting about, it'd be mind-bogglingly amazing to find out that the folks on Raisina Hill haven't yet set up a dedidcated unit just to hack into every gamut of the Chinese systems -the usual incompetence, ineptutude and chalta hai attitude?

Mark my words.. tehre is nothing to suggest that the Indian IT/SW strength is world class or can provide a defence or attack in a global crisis. In the future Countries will bring down Stockk Exchange Servers, Central Banks, national Security sites like armed attacks etc.,, We really dont know wjere India stands in it ..
Definitely ... Infosys or TCS are not a yardstick ..They are plain commercial companies doing stuff for foreigners ..
