do not take all the glory for blue line buses of delhi. in kolkata, private, rundown buses owned by individuals and run by union CITU drive at breakneck speed, and at least two persons die on a daily basis. not one driver is caught! if any one is caught, the union interferes and all is well.' u just cannot beat the CITY OF JOY IN THIS MATTER!
