We can not put blame squarely on Blueline owners and drivers etc.
The behaviour of Delhi public is very rude. They do not want to pay. Instead they want free ride. if at all, they would settle for Rs. 3 ticket or Rs.5 ticket. not more than that.
Drivers and Conductors have no uniform.
They are not educated
Buses are not suitable for travelling. Seat are too small, patch works are not heard of in Delhi private buses.
Loud Music.
Tickets should have vehicle nos. On the contrary, these tickets are bought from paan wallahas.
There is no time schedule.
Finally very sincere and honest Police and transport authority( No Pun intended)
Trravel to southern part of India. You would find the difference.
the attitude and apporoach of both the public and operators.
