I agree with you.The transport system in Mumbai is by far the best among all cities in India.You take taxi,you take auto,you take the BEST bus.Firstly their maintenance is good-especially the buses,they are all trained drivers ,the management I understand is rather strict ,there is frequent ticket checking ,which I have observed while travelling & their road & lane discipline is quite good.It is basically training their drivers & conductors.I have recently started been driving car & I can now 'observe & experience them'on the road,& generally I find they generally observe lane discipline .I do not find their company on the roads as a source of terror ,as stated by some in Delhi.
