The Blue line buses employ mostly uneducated people as their staff and their behavior is horrible. They use the worst language to the passengers. I have experienced this many times. On many occasions, i (along with other passengers) was told to get out of the bus half way through since they haven't got enough number of passengers in the bus to make a profit and so they r cancelling the trip !!!

Exactly. Blueline bus conductors are vey rude, uncivilised and mostly unsocialised. Their attitudes towards passengers are very bad even worst. Blueline buses must be phased out very soon and accordingly more DTC buses must be arranged to accomodate the passengers.
