Isn't it wonderful if Indian Govt supported by the Communists, award Bharat Ratna to Dalai Lama. US government is awarding him the highest American civilian award. India, being the biggest democracy and Dalai Lama actually lives in India. I appreciate if communists and cogresswallas reply to this posting.
