Indisciplined lot cannot be compared with disciplined lot. We are to take war footing corrective measures on our legal/administrative systems, which are not forseen in near future in relation to present political leaders.

Dear Arun

China is a communist country where personal rights and free speech is not heard of,India is a open society and vibrant democracy where fundamental rights of the citizen is enshrined in the constitution.Pls keep in this mind while comparing India and China for descipline and other things.

I agree with you and would favor even a failing democracy any day over a thriving communist country. But like every patriotic Indian I too long for a successful democracy with disciplined leaders and not a bunch of nincompoops.
