Both UN & USA dont have any guts to talk against China as both are under the mercy of China in many ways. China will straight-away say to USA "mind your own business, dont interfere in China's internal affairs". USA is well aware of this and that's why keep it's mouth shut. China is the only country against which USA can't do anything bcoz USA economy is totally under the mercy of China. Americans will not make their life into hell by interfereing into China.
