indian intelligence agency RAW is behind all these. they are engaging pakistan army intheir own areas. it can seen as a revenge of punjab and kashmir. the people who are fighting there with the govt forces are puppet of RAW.

Al-Qaeda cannot be a puppet of RAW. Maybe Balochis and Sindhis might take help from India but not the tribals of the Afghan- Pak belt.

Every military in the world know that RAW is pathetically useless and can never achieve anything. Its just a lazy white elephant which is expensive to maintain and worthless in utility. But India Govt wants to keep that a secret from the Indian people. If somebody says RAW is behind problems in Pakistan, that somebody is damn CRAZY.
