Hello JGN, Thats quiet and intelligent question you asked. Yes there will be 'wine rivers in Jannah'. But there won't be any evil in yourh earth and mind. When you enter Jannah (heaven) the Evil will be killed for ever. So you see now you can drink but you will not be doing or thinking evil. Let me know if this help. I can clarify more if needed.
