It is true that there are Muslims who cheat, bribe and whose personal character is indeed disappointing when judged by the standard of Islam. There are black sheep in every community, and the Muslim community has theirs. It is important to bear in mind though, that display of such low ethical standards by some Muslims is a result of not following the teachings of Islam.

Mr. Ismail Sayyed, to a large extent the human behaviour depends on the circumstances in which he is brought up. Genetics also play a major part in the same. These problems get compounded when you follow a book like The Koran, which is inherently violent.

Brother Ismail, Since you have repeatedly made allegations against me as Hindu fanatic, I am forced to write this. I would like to inform that I am Muslim by birth. But as I grew up & started to study about the religion more, I used to find lot of non-sense things which can not be there if it was dictated by the almighty. The biggest problem with our religion is nobody can ask questions or doubts. If you do so, the conservative people like Ismail / Gladiator / Contractor are there to label us as Hindu fanatic. These are the people who are real enemies of our religion though they pretend that they are protecting the religion. As I have repeatedly mentioned before, the need of the hour is the reforms from the old concepts. Unless this happens, we will not be able to keep our pace with time & will become obsolete even before we realise it. Evolution is the universal law of nature & it applies to religion as well. Rational criticism should be welcome by all & I would like to make a open appeal to Ismail / Gladiator / Contractor to study more about the religion. I appreciate the efforts by JGN, Imran & Salaman as they have put the criticism in bold but decent words. It shows there depth of knowledge & understanding.

Brother Ismail, I will not give you the proof of being Muslim due to the following reasons. 1. You have no buseness to ask for the proof 2. Quran is available on hundreds of websites on the internet & any muslim/non-muslim can easily produce this proof in no time. In other words, knowing the first word of Quran can never be a proof of being Muslim. Instead of asking for the proof for myself being a muslim, I would have appreciated if you had challanged my understanding about the Islam. This would make sense as it would open the door for a constructive debate. I can show you many muslims brothers who are reading Quran since childhood but if you check their understanding, you will find nothing. On the contrary, there are some non-muslim brothers like JGN who have studied it thoroughly. I salute JGN for his deep study of Quran eventhough he is non-muslim & we should encourage such people who are studying our great religion. You may not agree with their opinion but you must respect their study. Again I would like to request you to write in your own words instead of doing copy-paste of readily available data from any website. But this requires lot od study as you will have to first read it & then will have to think by using your own brain which the alimighty has given to you. Again I want to mention here that I am a Muslim by birth & I have great faith in Allah , the almighty, the creator. But I don't want to shape my faith in Allah as per dectated by anybody else.

Do not paste the same message again& again. First read what I have written, then think & then write your in your own words in civilised manner. Don't take ownership of our great religion. Using words like IMPOTENT shows your impotency in meeting with the challenges.

Can you Prove to me that u r a Muslim.Tell me the First Word of Quran. I m not here to preach anything as i have no authorities but i m against hypocrites like you who are afraid to reveal their true identities.. since you have collected data targetting one faith, do you have data on others faiths too, if so why you didnt post the other side... is it not a matter of being rascist.

Dear Ismail Sayyed, why are you persisting with the same dogmas again and again? We are not the enemies of muslims or Islam as a religion. We are only against irrationalism.
Until and unless the muslims retrospect and learn to keep pace with the changing world, your community cannot progress. Any amount of madrassa education will not give our muslim friends an opportunity to earn a decent livlihood. Today's world driven by science technology has made the religions, holy-books, prophets, etc redundant.
We cannot follow what The Prophet prescribed for the inhabitants of 7th Century Arabia. Take the good part of his teachings, so far as applicable to the present times.

Dear Kureshi, pl don't be discouraged by the insult being heaped upon progressive thinking muslims like you, Imran, etc. Unless educated persons like you come forward and make members of your community understand the futility of blindly following what is written in a book centuries ago, there cannot be any real progress.
