What position? Pakistan has absolutely NO position. There is no 'Kashmir problem' except that to get back the part occupied by Pakistan. The concept of 'Line of control' is meaningless when somebody has encroached our land.

Give Karachi and Lahore and occupied Kashmir to India, Give back the portion of Aksai chin gifted by them to China, Give North East Frontier and Peshawar to Pachtuns, Give entire eastern Region to Punjab and then stand where you want to!

You are correct but Indir Nehru signed an agreement called shimla agreement by which we are supposed to settle kashmir thro' mutual talks without third party mediation. When there was no problem and India has won 1971 War why should she sign such an agreement ? why nobody questioned her?

My friend after almost 40 years it is clear that what were the pressures on India govt. at the time of war of 1971. India WIN but at that time was not in a position to enlarge the scope of war. we are rightly can argue that Winning side having 90,000 men of opponent could not able to bargain over its disputes property. and remember not any senior political leader talk oever this issue. This hints that there must be some solid reason that our leaders could not do so.
