"What came as a surprise was that I was sharing the award with former vice president of America Al Gore. He telephoned me this afternoon. He congratulated me and I in turn congratulated him," Dr Pachauri told rediff.com in a conversation.

Joker Arnold, Mandela and Arafat single handedly built their organization from scratch. And Rajendra Kachori is just eating subzi and halwa created by his predessors.

Dont compare Rajendra Kachori with Mandela and Arafat, they are stalwarts and freedom fighters who can risk their lives. And Prof. Mohd Yunus of Bangladesh created microfinance in Bangladesh from concept stage, and gave the developing world a tremendous idea of wealth at the bottom of the pyramid. Kachori is merely a chu..tia hogging limelight.

What non-sense are you talking about? It's true that Dr. Pachauri is not like Mandela or Arafat, but what has Yunus done? He is a bloody blood sucker. Go to Bangladesh. His clients (rural poor) remain as poor as they were. Bangladesh remains one of the poorest country. He of course did good business and brought the concept...how to make profits by doing business with the poor!

Dude, who said Yunus's clients are poor? There are abundant exmaples of how Grameen has elevated the status of women in Rural Bngla society and how it made them economically self-sufficient. It is really good that it is not a charity and refused world bank loan even. Whether he is Nobel material is debatable but he can not be comapred with Pachari. Pachauri is a mere technocrat.

IPCC 50 years old, Kachauri president for only 5 years. he is very lucky and a rank sophist to falsely claim the Nobel as his own. India is full of this good for nothing, frustrated scientists.

IT is a surprise indeed that Pachauri is thinking like that. Who will break the news that he has not won the prize?
