There are no natural laws because nature doesnt change any laws, thats the way it is, laws on the other hand are established but nature just is...

You are the one who quoted the republic of plato! i thought you should know in what context he mentioned it.
He says that because Human Laws are made in consequence of natures laws but nature has no laws its only we who have responded to it. I dont know if you get it! In nature there is no Time, its eternal but laws change according to time. But nature doenst, i think the only other word you can use to explain it is Natures Characteristics.

As body, you are in space. As mind, you are in time, events do happen in time but these changes happen regardless of us or our laws, its hence ceaseless and because it happens ceaselessly forever it has no relation in time, its infinite. Once if something is infinite, everything else has to be infinite, so in infinity there is no time, or atleast it has no consequence. Its only our thought that sees it that way, can you rember your life before your birth? you cant because you are infinite, its only thought that does this diffrination.
