The answer is there in your question. Ppl needs some representation of GOD. As you say, that may the basic worship.
First tell how a child is born to a virgin? And you call that illegitimate child a God? The technique mentioned by Sri Sri Ravi Sankar is for humans. Animals like Islamic Terrorists and Missionaries etc. can never realise God in any form, whatever they do. To realise god, they need to be Humans first. But since they love to kill people of other religions, they are worse than animals... they are demons.
So, dont waste your thoughts and mental energy on things that your entire breed won't understand.
If u put ur finger in others' posterior, it will stink... so don't do that. And whatever Hindus do it is none of your business. If you don't like it, then take all your dirty family and go to Pakistan/ Bangladeshi gutters...
To understand god/ Hinduism, u should understand that all humans have all the right in the world to worship the way they want without injuring others. Christians & Muslims always kill / Convert others, practice incest in the name of their religion.... No wonder, they dont understand idol worship.

No religion tell to kill, in its name, But to your shoking tale. Lord Krishna tells to kill his cousin brothers and luncles in the name of Dharma, What do U say abt this.
U seem to be a Christian joker. First tell how a "God's son" is born to a virgin? Whats the guaranty that she didnt have illicit s e x?
Before the Mahabharat war, Lord Krishna does his best to avoid war... but the Kauravas enforce the war. Lord Krishna encourages Arjuna to fight when he is already on the battle field.
And why you illegi timate children of Christ remember only this part of Bhagavad Gita? There are 18 chapters of Bhagavad Gita that help Humans scientifically to attain liberation. Nowhere else Shri Krishna recommends killing/ converting invidels/ Pagans etc. or occupy others' property, destruction, murder... which is very much prescribed in Christianity & Islam.
And whatever Shri Krishna encouraged Arjun, it was on the battlefield... not to attack civilians, but the soldiers and fight like a brave warrior. This is in contrast with the Christians & Muslims. Muslims kill, attack, explode bombs in Civilian areas, crowded market places... check the situation of minorities in PAK/ Bangladesh and Kashmir..... Kidnap of girls, loot murder, forced conversion is the order of the day. Historically India was mostly destroyed ny Muslim savages... all temples, property destroyed, wealth looted, millions made slaves and converted, cities were cleansed of Hindu men..... and how we fools talk nostalgically about the movie "Taj Mahal" as if Shahjahan was a noble king (he was a drug addict, incestuous, GAY). Look at what hindus did for the persecuted religions

I am not joker shastry, I am just trying to potray how you we justify killings, by the way I very well know what lord krishna did, He played all the game to destroy kauravas, its very clear from all the sides. But I don't have to abuse just like this for no reason of u'rs or mines. I hope. everyone has there point of view. Pandavas fought to get back what they lost, So is what happening around some countries around middleeast. I am not supporting any body here, But I am sick of all people trying to justify a Junk Practices taken up by HINDU religion, which are no where written in veda's. Its the problem created by our own society that we never asked what is there in veda nor anybody gave the correct picture, Only some so called pictures and stories were told, no authentic description is given as said in veda's. Actually we don't follow the religion described in veda's that the reason for all this misunderstanding,
