You think, without money changing the hands, promotion or transfer of this magnitude would ever happen, that too in the crunch situation

Dont be naive .. transfers in Govt. departments have always been done for money .. it is election time and party needs money .. moreover it is always useful to have your candidate as the polling booth officer (to look outside when we do things inside .. ha ha ha) .. Senior IAS officers, Police and public works department are the key in swinging an election result to your favor .. Kumarswamy taking tips from other most corrupt states like Bihar and UP ... Karnataka is all set for dooms path !!

You have not mentioned the nearby state of Tamilnadu.

In an open meeting forum like Tamilnadu Government Employees Organization or so, all speakers / Government officials have taken oath in the presence of His Highness Karunanidhi that he is their saviour and they have woved to see that he comes to power again and by all means they will stop Jayalalitha coming back to power. Just think, these are the people who are going to be in the booths for election. They can do anything.

Long live Arrogant Government Officials and Long live politicians like His highness Karunanidhi and Kumaraswamy.
