The Karats who are living in New Friends colony, where Delhi's most affluent and moneyed people live, or the other commies probably have not received their share of the dole from the lobbi group. Please throw some tid bits to them also to quieten them ! When the pet barks too much people throu some tid bits and the dog insted of barking swings its tail and licks the foot.
