It was very clear from the beginning, since BJP and JDS might take the limelight Congress always had the helping hand in ensuring President's rule. Congress will wait for ppl to forget things and bring up the communal card just in time for elections to be held.
Lady is at her best... divide and rule. Hope we Indians realise that history is repeating -- not for our good.

i am sure lady didn't ask Gowda's to not to handover power to BJP.. plz grow up and don't take the name of someone whom u just think is responsible coz congress is still the better party than JD-S
