There is no doubt that Delhi is the most lovely place to be, for it roads, intellectual centres like JNU, IIT, DU, NSD, Sriram Theatre, IHC to name a few. Perhaps it's only Delhi which is in true sense a cosmo metro where people from all part of India define it's metro culture and workforce which makes Delhi above all. But the sametime Delhi, specially north Delhi with south and west is the most uncivilized place to define, and to add it's woes, people from Haryana specially north haryana like narela, bahadurpur are almost hardcore criminals in general who show very low respect in general in their public behavior. Most of these blueline buses are run by these people who have reach in political corridors of Delhi. They rape, evetease girls, crush people, abuse and fight openly and are involved in highest number of road rage cases in Delhi, which has become a characteristic feature of Delhi. Unfortunately these people are today defining the culture and character of Delhi as a rough ruthless and characterless Metro, with a common loss of respect for civilzied society in general. otherwise there is not a single metro including Bombay to even match the vibrant and romanticism of Delhi, a city which is otherwise really large by heart and for every citizen of India.

It's not JNU in the top 20 universities of world but SharmaJi Vishwavidyalaya, Punjabi Bagh, Dilli!LOL..can't stop laughing.
