This is a slap in the face to all those optimists who thought that Bihar was "finally" back on track to being a civilised state..!!!
First our "netaji" George Fernandes goes to Bihar and publicly begs for clemency for those convicted in this horrific murder case.... And VOILA...!!!! What is the next news..???? Lovely Anand gets bail..!!!!!!!
Mark my words.... A few dummy criminals will be convicted in this case and the corrupt neta Anand and his wife Lovely, will be declared innocent..!!!!
Shame on Indian Politics....!!! Shame on Bihari judicial system and Shame on George Fernandes..!!!

anand is not the culprit in this case atleast it was the mob who killed the DM ,the dm krishnaiyya track record was also not good,he was supporting a party of his choice and certain people ,so mob was angry on him

So you will kill and justify.All those involved to be punished quickly.No bail nothing, quick and speedy trials, appeals and sentencing and confirmation of death sentence.There are Anand Mohans every where in India.Court should set an example to dirty politicians.

The same can be said to the verdict from lower court which gave 7 people capital punishment for one murder which they did not do. The govt misused its powers to punish the opponents. Thanks to courage of George saheb that he spoke for the fighter of downtroden. Hail judiciary which showed Der hai Andher nahin. Andher of Bihar's powerful people behind the throne. And Bihar will never become civil if powerful uses there methods to implicate falsely their opponents. Anand Mohan has been a fighter, and he will win this round too.
