No India won't be able to. Only China, Cuba and Venesuela can handle the responsibility. May be Pinarayil Vijayan and Kotiyeri Balakrishnan can Handle.

How can terminators be worthy of commenting?
China,Cuba,Venezuela or even Russia are not good enough to handle nuclear. We don't want another Chernobyl in India where terrorists target evewn our Parliament. And what about the disposal of nuclear wastes?
Let madamji terminate all the irresponsible officials, terrorists,Kodiyeris pennarayis and the kinds from Indian public life and set and example how to do things responsibly in India.
