If the Governor of Karnataka is not willing to give power to the largest single party in the state it is better that he dissolves Raj Bhavan first and resign. He has no morality since he is acting as an Agent of Congress which has installed him to the highest office in the state. Why these Governors do not act as per the rights given by the Constitution of India. If the state is thrown in to fresh elections Congress Party should foot the bill.
