Taliban school of thought might have been created at Deoband UP ( India) wayback in 1850's but its use and deployment was done by PAKISTAN for its own ULTERIOR MOTIVES.
It is not CIA but Pakistan who Introduced TALIBAN,
As far as Funding is concerned >> It was CIA as PAKISTAN does not have monetary resources and depends fully on CHINA and USA.
Also note that Purpose was to contain influence of IRAN and to maintain Pakistan Hold over Afganistan.
So remember >> It is question of >> 1) Who Introduced Talibans 2) Who Funded Taliban 3) who misguided Talibans 4) Who Trained Talibans to leave school of thought and pick up arms. 5) Finally what was the Purpose ( Contan Iran's growing Influence and do not loose Pakistan hold over Afganistan)
Pakistan / Russia / China are all significant players on this THAETRE. Now we are watching a SHOW.

hatred creates hatred , today it was for other, now they are endanzered by their own supported idealogy,, the greatest book of old times, tell peoople how to live a enlightened life, life is only for once, it is not for jihad,killing, shooting,,, it is for love, peace, with nature and humanbeing,,, pakistan is getting the return back what ever he have implanted in innocent poor people the solution for runing the military dictatorship of corruption,,blindness,hypocracy,,,,democrcy can be another challenge to his power,,so it is better not to give them chance, pakistan can not survive without the assistance of chine and usa,, they are bankrupt country without any foundation,,,,
