Islam as religion and Islam as hijacked by Islamic Fundamentalist are two differrent things. Shankracharya is talking about Islamic Religion.
He says if you eat Egg and remember God 5 times a day than nothing wrong in it.
But what about Killing Your own people in ( IRAN IRAQ war) >> Did Islam preach that ???
What about current strife between Peltinians.
What about Talibans vs Pakistan forces.
( Right now I am talking about Islamic fundamentalists vs rest of the world >> That is another story)

Hindus don't listen to their Dharma-gurus like the way muslims listen to the Mullahs, who have a lot of political power in Islamic societies. And, I don't think most of the Hindus in India hate either Muslims or Pakistanis. What they don't like is the obsucrantist and medieval practices adopted by a lot of subcontinental Muslims.The words like "Kafir" and "Fatwa" do not have any place in modern multi-ethnic, multi-religious societies.
