Tipu Sultan was a Jihadi and was fighting the English only 4 his own reasons and not perhaps for Indians or Hindus. As is the tradition for Secular media his real history along with other Mughals will always be mis-informed to the people. Only BJP had that courage to skin that chameleon Tipu Sultan.
Can I make a point here? So long as the Rani of Jhansi was getting her pension, she did not utter a word against the British. When the Britishers stopped paying her pension & de-recognized her adopted son, she rose to fight with the British. What will you call her?

My friend, what you have mentioned about Rani of Jhansi can defenitely be true. It is the same with most of the so called indian leaders and freedom fighters. Gandhi was an UNSUCCESSFUL LAWER in South Africa and he was good for nothing. It was easy for him to fool the uneducated crowd in India. His diplomacy was a BIG ZERO. He fought with all other politicians of his time. he never cared for his family. kasturba gandhi has told this in public. He wanted 2 young girls as "walking sticks" !!!!!! When somebody saw these 2 wemen on his bed, gandhi told him "do not misinerpret my most innocent act". Hope I do not have to write about another great nehru and his affairs with vicerouy's wife !! These are the indian leaders about whom we study in the text books !!!!!!!! Do we have to searh more to find answers for the pitiful condition of the country ?

Quite contrasting cases. Cant b compared. Tipu was no different from a typical Mughal who crushed and torchered Hindus.

Tipu's end was designed by a Brahmin (Poorniaha) with the help of British. What do u call him?

haha Here comes the truth. Thats exact what tipu and rani jhansi were. Not the freedom fighter cr@p we are asked to beleive.
