You are a perfect lawyer to take Kumaraswamy case on attempt to murder. Kumaraswamy himself, being head of state, umpteen number of times promised that he handover power to BJP. What more legality you want? Moreover, just 2-3 days back he said that he will go back on his own words and won't transfer the power. Also BJP is not going to court for the same.
