12) When uniform is made compulsory for school children, why there is no Uniform Civil Code for citizens?
BJP was in power for six years. Nobody stopped them from bringing the Uniform Civil Code Bill. They only shouted for it for 40 years, but those jokers do not even have a draft of the Bill with them even today! If a true Common Code is introduced, Hindus will be the first to oppose it. Try it & see !
13) In what way, J&K is different from Maharashtra, TamilNadu or UttarPradesh, to have Article 370?
Maharashtra & Tamilnadu were parts of British India. Kashmir was not! The princely states decided to merge with India. The Hindu King of Kashmir was against merging with India. Kashmir was annexed to India after signing an Instrument of Accession in which special status was a condition put by that Hindu King. The blunders of Hindu kings have always costed India dearly!

Extremely Wise Man, you donot require majority for preparing a draft of the Bill & have a debate on it in Parliament!

In order to prepare and debate a topic, you need approval of coalition partners.. basic knowledge and common sense seem to bypass most of Indians
