not at all devegowda wont come to that category also... by the way i am not against MANMOHAN but against CONGRESS AND its tactics TO APPEASE SO CALLED MINORITIES AND using able persons like Manmohan as a puppet

This deve gowda was a history sheeter in karnatake. He was an ordinary rowdy who rose to this level. He is easily the worst PM we ever had.
