The judicial proceedings in USA appear to be very fast. When a person was doing the rapes since 2002 to Mar 2007 and borught to book may be in April/May is sentenced by Oct first week. This type of dispensation of justice gives a relief to the victims/their families and deter the criminals. P.S.R.SWAMI

Reduce his sentence to half as he is from the minority community and reserve a special cell in the best jail too.
