devegowda has a habit of ditching at lingayat leaders, he did the same to J.H patel, bcoz this community is dominant in karnataka and gowda fears that any one from this community established in state politics, it will be a threat to his crown, thats y he dont want to see yeddi in CM post, he tried to initiate a infighting in BJP by projecting Eshwarappa from other community as CM bt BJP aware of his tactics and never fell in his foil, last time he betrayed J.H patel and his party lost 90% seats and couldnt able to garner a 10% vote share , again this is going to repeat if mid term polls were declared.
