He promisedto the voters that he will provide one Tv set and land to all poor people and earned the votes. TV sets were provided to the most ofthe houses as per the informations available. How can he say that the news about thestayof bandh was not knwon to his party workers. The Honourable supreme court may please note this factor and if necessary how much money thestate had spend for this purpose. TheDMK being ruling party must have instructed all government officials to be away from their duty. Like Jayalalitha the Government should take disciplinary action against those absented from their duties on the bandh day.He being the chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, it is baseless that he or his chief secretary got the order of SC late. The movement it is pronounced by the court the information must have been reached to him. Why he is telling lie to misguidethe court.

What is the necessity of Hon'ble Supreme Court to hear the petition filed by AIADMK in Sunday.How many occasions in past the SC held the hearings in Sundays. This is only political back ground. This clearly shows some prestige issues between DMK and AIADMK. Kalignar Karunanidhi fought the Sethu issues for benefit of Tamil People and not for either individual or political parties interests. General Strikes, Harthal are allowed in our Constitution. SC must keep their limits. The same SC acquitted Jayalalitha though she misued the power as CM on TANSI issue. We strongly doubt about some judges recent activities. Pl. answwer for 3 questions thosse who favour of recent stay of Bandh by SC 1) What action Supreme Court takes when Kerala state Govt. contempts SC order on Mullai periyar issue 2) Similarly When Karnataka Govt. Violated the SC Order on Kaveri issue, no action has been taken. 3) When Babri Majid Demolished by fanatics, What action SC takes against so many petitions filed on the issue.

Advani telephoned to jeya on sep 31 and told her that tommorrow the sc is going to be against tamil nadu goverment and this particular Judge B N Agarwal have be in favour of jeya 3 times in the past so she is also very confident. what is the way of showing protest!
