You are an uninformed idiot. Feroze's real last name was "Khan". He was a muslim, not a Parsi. His grandmother was a parsi and her last name was Ghandi... That old lady was muslim after her marriage to the muslim Feroze's grandfather.
Secondly, Feroze & Indira got secretly married in a Mosque in London.... Feroze was Indira's boy friend and he was her sexual / emotional support when Jawaharlal Nehru was unleashing his Lust on the young girls of the country he was ruling. Nehru didn't like it when Indira married Feroze and Gandhiji came to the rescue.... he gave his last name to Feroze to make him "not look muslim".
But the fact is Feroze Gandhi was a muslim. Motilal Nehru also was truly a muslim... his real name being Mobarak Ali (he was not a lawyer, but a P 1 M P for the british officers)...
Lakhs of youth sacrificed their lives for the National freedom.... Feroze didnt do any favor to India... it was everyone's duty then to lay down his life for India. Later on Feroze developed bad habits like drinking and started troubling Indira... Hence Indira Gandhi got him killed (like she got Sanjay Gandhi killed).

so informed geious explain me why sonia should change her last name now....Why her father in law's religion is a matter of any importance now. So what if he is a muslim, is it hard for you to fathom that they were in love and they married inspite of from being from different faiths. Sonia got her last name as per our custom from her husbend. It's none of your business.....I personally hate nepotism and hate their dynasty but this is way out of line behaviour from the Jokers.. In fact his father, GHIASUDDIN GHASI - (Literal meaning of name-Kafir Killer)Mughal noble of Persian ancestry was police chief under the Mughals. After 1857, The British issued a shoot-at-sight order to finish off all mughal noblemen who could be potential claimants for the throne of Delhi.This ethnic cleansing was done by Sikh and Gorkha soldiers.
