Secularism?
by venkat on Oct 04, 2007 12:46 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

What is Secularism? Shall we go as per the Oxford Dictionary or as per the meanings given by our political parties. Every party says they are secular but appease some religion or community. Is this enshrined in our Constitution and is this our makers of constitution thought?. I think a healthy discussion is required on this.

Secularism in Indian Politics = support the minorities and dump the majority
join hands with any party with different idiolgy and agenda to stay in power.. when the going gets touch, take the sword by name- secularism- and go for a divorce and marry another party...
even the Prostitute would be ashamed of our politicians...
