for Chief Secretary and Chief Minister because the prime moron is not willing to dismiss a government that conciously and willingly disobeys the judicial orders. SC has done that in case of Kalyan Singh, who was even imprisoned. Why is the law not same for all criminals ?

Prime moron should abstain away and escape from the scene of action, while SC hauls the half-blind idiot. I don't think it would be difficult for prime moron to let the small moron have some fun with courts. And everyone will believe that he was not consulted by real prime minister.
