Supreme Court
by Edwin Daniel on Oct 01, 2007 02:44 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

As a Tamilian, I honestly feel, Supreme Court has jumped out of his limit.

Just 2 persons, who is getting salary of people's texes should not think about dismissing a goverment, who got mandate to rule them 5 years.

It seems to be a terrorism coming from the mouth of two learned judges.

I can not accept it.

Tamilnadu is part of India and not a separate country! If some bunch of people in TN want to take law into their hands and do things against the law of the nation, there's nothing wrong in sacking them from power. Of the 6 crore electorate in TN (and the rest who don't have the voting right yet), how many of them have voted for Karunanidhi? hardly 25%. so, while the majority 75% haven't sided with him, how can Karunanidhi impose bandh on the entire population? what Supreme court has done is absolutely justified. Now,Edwin, U better start fighting for a Tamilnadu freedom movement and see what happens!!

Dear Edwin,

As some of the readers point out, it is Karunanidhi who jumped out of his limits. Please remember, people have not given clear mandate to rule Tamil Nadu. It is only with the help of Congresss and allies that he is in power.

Karunanidhi has crossed all his limits when he unnecessary commented on the existence of Rama.
It is totally unwarranted. He should change his attitude.

The very fact that a Chief Minister is instigating the people for an unlawful act like bandh is reason enough for the government to be dismissed.
This is the same person who did not take any action against his son due to whom 3 people died in Dinakaran office fire in Madurai. As a confessed follower of Anna, he should have atleast shown a slightest trace of the integrity that Anna demonstrated.
